PROFESSIONAL CHEF SERVICES
Jamie Weed, owner & operator, graduated from TSTC Waco in 2014, with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. Chef Jamie has over 25 years of experience in food service, specializing in both baking and dietary needs (i.e. gluten-free, keto, & vegan). Jamie is also the owner of Weed's Sweets & Eats, in operation since 2020.
Current food handlers certificate, references& background check available upon request!

Your fresh, whole fruits & veggies will get a good baking soda soak, to pull out any toxins. Block cheeses will be freshly grated, sliced or cubed. Sauces will be made without seed oils. Best of all, of course, you make the decision to buy local, buy organic, or buy conventional.
